The Practice

New Burlington HouseCohen Arnold ReceptionCohen Arnold is a medium sized Firm of Registered Auditors established almost 70 years ago. We are widely recognised as a model example of an efficient modern Practice that combines the highest professional standards and ethics with the personal touch of the friendly family business.

We act for a wide-ranging client base, both in terms of size and activity, servicing sole traders to public companies, in such diverse fields as perfume dealers and amusement centres. We can assist you in all aspects of your business and its commercial activities.

In an ever-changing commercial and professional climate we aim to be one step ahead of the game - planning for the future rather than reacting to the past.

We employ standard auditing procedures and practices but, in doing so, pride ourselves on our adaptability. Each client is treated with individual care and attention.

Whilst we can set up control procedures and systems for clients, we can, and do, readily adapt to existing management information systems and tailor our work accordingly. In doing so, we try to ensure the minimum disruption to our client's working environment during the course of our work.

We aim to provide optimum continuity of personnel. As well as the personal attention of the designated Partner, each client benefits from a highly trained team. Our intention is to ensure that our clients do not have to contend with problems that may be caused by constantly changing faces.

Our relationship does not begin or end with a statutory audit. We are in regular communication with our clients throughout the year, which helps us to understand the nature of the businesses and its commercial needs. Frequently we are called upon to prepare due diligence investigative reports, advise on the various aspects of company acquisition and disposal and engage in all the diverse functions arising from the modern commercial environment.

Adding value to our clients is fundamental to our entire approach - their success is our success.
